For use with cattle and calves as primary or secondary tissue testing tag.
Tissue sampling tags provide a way of testing against BVD. (This is compulsory in Northern Ireland).
When the tag is applied to the ear a tissue sample is cut and sealed in a pot.
The cost of the test can be included in the cost for the tag or you can make your own arrangements. If you do wish to organize the laboratory test yourself, the Tissue Testing Tag Only can be supplied
The TST DNA Applicator must be used. This is not included and should be ordered separately if you do not already have one.
