Intended for use on live pigs shortly prior to despatch for slaughter. The result is a PERMANENT clear black mark on carcass. Also useful for private identification of cold cuts, pickled hams, Wiltshire sides, etc. The letters and figures supplied for use on tattoo are VERY QUICKLY INTERCHANGEABLE. The standard outfit comprises of two letter code and set of figures enabling thirty pigs to be marked with a two letter code and consecutively numbered ie (0 to 29).
